2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery Main Ticket and Draw Information:

1. The 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery main ticket prices are Single ticket for $100, 2-Pack for $175, 4-Pack for $300 and 8-Pack for $500. Only 65,200 tickets will be sold.
2. Total retail value of prizes is $2,290,684.65 (excluding taxes) for the Main Lottery.
3. All persons participating in the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
4. The Spring Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Midnight. The Spring Bonus Draw will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
5. The Summer Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Midnight. The Summer Bonus draw will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
6. The Early Bird cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Midnight. The Early Bird draws will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
7. The Final main ticket sales cutoff for all remaining prizes will be Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Midnight. All remaining main prize draws excluding the Grand Prize draw, will begin on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. All draws will take place at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
8. The Grand Prize draw will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
9. In the event the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery sells out prior to Midnight, Thursday June 13, 2024, the following alternative draw dates will be used except for the Spring Bonus, Summer Bonus and Early Bird draws as noted above. All remaining main prize draws excluding the Grand Prize draw, will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. All draws will take place at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB. The Grand Prize draw will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.

Grand Prize Rules

10. The Grand Prize winner will have until Friday, July 19, 2024, to make their selection of their choice options. If the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, the cash option will be awarded. In the event the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery sells out prior to midnight, Thursday, June 13, 2024, the Grand Prize winner will have until Monday, July 8, 2024, to make their selection of their choice options. If the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024, the cash option will be awarded.
11. Title transfer for Grand Prize Option 1 the Foxridge Homes home located at 5 Longview Lane, in Oak Bluff, MB would be on or before November 30, 2024; for Grand Prize Option 2 the KDR Homes home located at 26 Thrush Street, in Winnipeg, MB would be on or before September 30, 2024; for Grand Prize Option 3 the Signature Homes home to be located at 75 Granite Grove Road, in Winnipeg, MB would be on or before June 27, 2025; for Grand Prize Option 4 the Maric Homes home to be located at 58 Oshanski Place, in West St. Paul, MB would be on or before October 27, 2025, for Grand Prize Option 5 the condominium Unit 506 Old Ferry Wharf Road, West Kelowna, BC would be on or before March 31, 2026 and the Bloom & Timber condominium unit located at 339-1505 Molson Street, in Winnipeg, MB would be on or before November 30, 2024.
12. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. The winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.
13. Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the home being transferred. If a real estate prize winner is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, the winner will be responsible for payment of the non-resident tax.
14. In the event a real estate prize winner is a non-Canadian within the meaning of the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act (PPRPNCA) and the real estate prize is within a region where a transfer of an interest in property is prohibited per the PPRPNCA, the licensee will be legally prohibited from awarding the real estate prize to the winner. If the PPRPNCA applies, the licensee will provide the prize winner with the cash option.
15. If the Grand Prize winner chooses one of the homes as their Grand Prize option, the Land Transfer Tax, and the costs of transferring the home to the winner would be borne by the Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery.

50/50 PLUS™ Draw Info

16. 50/50 PLUS™ ticket prices are 2-Pack for $20, 10-Pack for $40, 30-Pack for $60 and 60-Pack for $80, this will be sold to generate a maximum of $3,000,000 in ticket sales. The winner will receive 50% of ticket sales to a maximum of $1,500,000. The 50/50 PLUS™ Minimum prize guarantee is $200,000.
17. 50/50 PLUS™ tickets can only be purchased if a 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
18. The 50/50 PLUS™ ticket sales cut off is Midnight, Thursday, June 27, 2024, or earlier if Main tickets are sold out. The 50/50 PLUS™ draw will take place Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
19. If the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery Main tickets sell out before Midnight, Thursday June 13, 2024, the draw for the 50/50 Plus™ draw will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.

Extra Cash Plus

20. Extra Cash Plus ticket prices are a 2-Pack for $20, 5-Pack for $40 and 15-Pack for $60, and a 40-pack for $80. A maximum of 405,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets purchased will be eligible for all 120 draws in the Extra Cash Plus.
21. Total retail value of the Extra Cash Plus prizes is $148,000 (excluding taxes).
22. The Extra Cash Plus tickets can only be purchased if a 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
23. The Extra Cash Plus ticket sales cut off is Midnight, Thursday, June 27, 2024, or earlier if the Main lottery tickets sell out. All Extra Cash Plus draws will take place on Monday, July 8, 2024, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
24. If the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery Main tickets sell out before Midnight, Thursday, June 13, 2024, the Extra Cash Plus draws will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
25. There are 116 Extra Cash Plus Regular Winners of $1,000 Cash each.
26. There are 4 Extra Cash Plus Final Winners of $8,000 Cash each.

Other Rules:

27. The 50/50 Plus™ and Extra Cash Plus tickets are available for purchase by any main ticket purchaser throughout the program. The addition of 50/50 Plus™ and Extra Cash Plus tickets will only be accepted online at purchase.trihospitaldream.com/top-up or by phone at 1-844-654-4677 after the initial purchase and must be purchased by the ticket deadline. All purchasers will require their initial order number and postal code to add additional 50/50 Plus™ and Extra Cash Plus tickets to their original order. Additional purchases will be in the name of the original ticket purchaser and will be mailed to the address on the original purchase.
28. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
29. Each ticket purchase is issued in only one person’s name and prizes will be issued only to the name of the person on the ticket. The person whose name is on the ticket is responsible for distributing any prizes in the event of a group purchase winning. All ticket packs are considered a single purchase and all tickets are issued in one person’s name.
30. Each winner, as a condition of accepting any prize, may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming such winner's eligibility to participate in the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery and releasing the Foundation(s) from all claims, which may arise from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded.
31. Tickets can only be purchased within the Province of Manitoba. All non-residents must purchase tickets in-person at one of the retail ticket sale locations in Manitoba.
32. Once the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery tickets are purchased they are non-transferable and non-refundable once the draw commences.
33. Ticket requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
34. All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
35. A ticket is not considered purchased until a verified financial transaction is complete. Ticket requests with cheques returned for insufficient funds (NSF) will be automatically voided. The St. Boniface Hospital Foundation has the right to charge persons $30 to cover NSF administrative costs.
36. A complete list of all winners will be published online at trihospitaldream.com within 5 days after the final raffle draw (s) have been completed. Upon request to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office a listing of winners will be provided.
37. All prizes are tax-free. The 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery ticket purchases are not tax deductible, and no charitable donations receipts will be issued, as per Canada Revenue Agency regulations.
38. The Foundation(s) reserve the right to use winners’ names and photos in communication, promotional and media materials.
39. Members of the Board of Directors and employees and employees’ household members of the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, Health Sciences Centre Foundation and Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Inc., and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery.
40. The winner of the Spring Bonus Draw # 1 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2024, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
41. The winners of the Summer Bonus Draw # 2 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2024, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
42. The winner of the Early Bird Draw # 3 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
43. The winners of draws 2149-2152 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
44. Destination travel vouchers from Fareconnect are for travel from Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. If possible, all travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. For Draw #3 if the winner chooses the $150,000 travel voucher, the winner will have up to (5) years to use the travel credit. The credit must be fully used by December 31, 2029. In the event travel is not possible, the cash option value will be provided to the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to purchase travel insurance. Additional costs over the prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
45. All unclaimed prizes become property of the 2024 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery 90 days after the draw has been performed unless otherwise specified in these rules. We will notify winners by mail and/or by email followed by one telephone call.
46. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the email and postal address on their ticket is correct.
47. Each ticket is eligible to win one prize in each prize category. A prize category is defined as each group of identical prizes on the official list of prizes. After each prize category draw is completed, all tickets go back in the draw for the next prize category draws.
48. All main prize draws will be drawn in order of ascending retail value.
49. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Some restrictions may apply.
50. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in any advertising.
51. Winners are required to present photo identification to claim their prizes valued over $30,000.
52. All winners will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket at the time of purchase.
53. The Foundation(s) ticket sellers reserve the right to refuse purchasers if their safety feels compromised.
54. All ticket holders have the right to witness the draws. In the event we are unable to allow the draws to be open to the public, the draws will be video recorded and available to all ticket holders for viewing on our website at trihospitaldream.com.
55. Unless otherwise stated in these raffle rules, winners will have 14 days from the date notifying them of their prize options to make their selection.
56. The liability of the Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery is limited to the ticket pack price paid in the event a ticket pack is purchased but not processed or entered into the draw.
